Milena joined Antommaria & Associates, LLC in October of 2012 and more recently made partner at Antommaria & Rodionov, LLC as of 2018. She continues being a partner at Antommaria Ilevska Elder, LLC! She brings her passion for litigation, compassion to individuals going through difficult times, and determination to protect clients' rights. 


Milena earned her Juris Doctorate, Cum Laude, in 2006 from Widener University School of Law. From 2006 to 2011, Milena worked as a deputy district attorney at the Weld County District Attorney's office, handling juvenile, adult misdemeanor, and felony cases. Most recently she was assigned to the juvenile sexual assault docket and filing. As a deputy DA, she handled hundreds of jury and bench trials, including a wide variety of crimes—sexual assaults, burglary, trespass, thefts, and assaults. 

 

Prior to joining the District Attorney's office, Milena worked as a clerk to the Honorable Henry DuPont Ridgeley at the Delaware Supreme Court, where she handled legal issues from diverse areas of the law, providing her the opportunity to learn the law and judicial system from one of the country's most sophisticated courts. 

 

While in law school, Milena worked for a small law firm in Pennsylvania where she assisted individuals and families with their most personal legal matters, including but not limited to divorce, custody, wills, and bankruptcy. 

 

Milena is a member of the Colorado, Weld, and Larimer County Bar Associations. She is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (2006) and the State of Colorado (2007). 

 

Milena is an avid reader, traveler, and snow skier and is fluent in Russian, Bulgarian, and English.
