Jackson received a Bachelor of Arts in History and a minor in English at the University of South Dakota in 2016. During his time at USD, he worked as the student assistant in the Archives Department at I.D. Weeks Library. Before transferring to USD, he played football for and attended Northern State University, studying history and education. After completing undergrad studies, Jackson earned his Juris Doctor in 2019 from the University of North Dakota School of Law. As well, Jackson was an active member of the North Dakota Law Review.


Jackson gained experience as the Senior Legal Intern for the Grand Forks County State’s Attorney’s Office working on appeals, trials, and motions in areas of law ranging from criminal prosecution, child support, and parental rights. More recently and since graduation, he served as one of the primary deputy district attorney’s in Colorado’s 11th Judicial District Attorney’s Office, representing the state in trial, appellate and traffic court proceedings.


Jackson now utilizes his experience in criminal law to assist clients in our law firm, Antommaria and Rodionov, and practices in Family Law and Criminal Law.


In his free time, Jackson enjoys kayaking, basketball, and football. Most specifically, he roots for the Miami Dolphins every time they take the field. As well, he has an affinity for retro video games and movies. Among his favorites are Mario Universe games, The Lord of the Rings Trilogy, and Batman. For recreational reading, he enjoys ancient history and modern fiction, but do not count out graphic novels. Jackson is the proud owner of a two year old Northern Inuit female, Nessah, who accompanies him to work and the trail.
